Heritage Landing welcomes your furry companions to our pet-friendly community in the heart of Minneapolis' North Loop. Our community offers the perfect setting for pet owners seeking downtown Minneapolis living without compromising on space or lifestyle. Experience unparalleled convenience with miles of scenic walking paths along the Mississippi River just one block from your door, plus easy access to nearby parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreation areas. 

Our Pet Policy

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community at Heritage Landing! We're committed to creating a pet-friendly community that works for everyone. Please review our pet policy:

  • Cats and dogs are welcome in all residences.
  • No weight limits!
  • Maximum of two animals per home allowed.
  • $250 pet deposit / $250 (non-refundable) pet approval fee.
  • Monthly pet rent $30/month for cats and $50/month for dogs
  • This community participates in PetScreening 
     

Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso.
